What is your return policy?

Exchange or merchandise credit on unworn pieces within 7 days of sale.  No refunds are issued.

When can I expect my order?

Typically orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.  Please allow additional time for custom orders.

What if the bracelet isn't the correct length for me?

Before purchasing , please check with the size listed on the product.  

If after receiving your item it isn't fitting to your specifications, you can ship it back to me with your requested length, name and phone number.  There will be a small fee for resizing.  I will contact you regarding the fee and return shipping costs.

How do you ship your products?

BIJOUX ships via UPS and insures all packages.  UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, only physical addresses. Shipping is free on all original purchases.

What is the guarantee on my item(s) purchased?

BIJOUX is committed to bringing you the highest standard of jewelry. We fully warrant the authenticity of our materials.  Also as part of our lifetime warranty, we offer repair (if needed) should your item faces accidental damage. (Beads, gemstones and lobster clasps are excluded.)
